Lumen Therapy Services is looking to expand our team of compassionate and focused therapists. Specifically, we are seeking clinicians who specialize in working with couples, relationships, individuals, and families using systemic and attachment-oriented approaches.

We currently have full-time hybrid positions (consisting of both virtual and in-person sessions in Colorado) for therapists interested in developing advanced skills in relational and attachment-oriented therapies, including an emphasis on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
We offer administrative supervision and robust support for your professional growth, including:

In-service trainings
Supplemental training budgets
A collaborative, motivated, and supportive team
Note: To avoid dual relationships, our pre-licensed therapists secure additional outside clinical supervision for licensure and certifications.

This is a W2 employment position with significant career growth potential!
Schedule & Availability
Your specific schedule will be determined upon hire with the practice owners. The position requires availability for:
A minimum of 22 client sessions per week.
Additional hours for clinical documentation, client coordination, consultation, and professional development.
A flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
Delivering care both in-office and remotely via our secure video platform.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on a percentage of fees collected, scaling with your experience, clinical hours, and tenure with the company. Performance-based pay increases are tied to maintaining a consistent caseload for 47 weeks in a calendar year (allowing for ample vacation and holiday time).
Starting Salary: From $74,000 for full-time, provisionally licensed therapists (once a full caseload is established).
Higher Starting Pay: Commensurate with experience, licensure, and additional certifications.
Growth Opportunities: Competitive wages with increased compensation dependent on maintaining client contact hours, licensure, therapy approach certifications, and/or annual increases.

Your Duties
Provide Excellent Clinical Care: Serve individuals, couples, relationships, and families.
Commit to Growth: Actively learn, refine, and apply your systemic therapy skills.
Manage Caseloads: Flexibly see clients as your caseload grows to meet the 22-hour weekly minimum.
System Integration: Learn and utilize our internal administrative and EHR systems.
Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation.
Eligibility Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree, PhD, or PsyD in a mental health program (or currently enrolled and graduating this semester). Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work are highly encouraged. Spring/Summer 2026 graduates are welcome to apply.
Licensure: Hold a Colorado License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) or be a registered licensure candidate (LPCC, MFTC, SWC).
Location: Must currently reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate and obtain licensure in Colorado.
Clinical Interests: Experience or strong interest in developing competency in attachment-based approaches (such as EFT), addictions, trauma, and grief.
Cultural Responsiveness: A desire to be culturally curious, competent, and invested in furthering a culturally infused practice.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional consideration given for specialized training, experience, or credentials in EFT, trauma, sex/intimacy therapy, addictions, or child/family therapy.
Practice Commitment: We are seeking individuals who will be fully engaged with our team; you may not maintain an adjacent private practice.
